We are a dynamic packaging distributor that specialises in **custom**food packaging and hospitality supplies so that every cafe, every restaurant, every food truck we work with gets exactly what they need.

**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a driven and personable **Field Sales Representative** to be the face of our brand across Melbourne’s hospitality scene. You’ll visit cafes, restaurants, and takeaway shops to build relationships, understand their packaging needs, and offer solutions that make sense, both visually and financially.

Pay is commission-based; the more you persuade, the more you earn.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit hospitality venues daily to pitch our packaging solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through frequent follow-ups
- Understand each client’s brand and packaging needs to offer tailored recommendations
- Present product samples and pricing options with clarity and confidence
- Negotiate deals and close sales with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with our design and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in hospitality or packaging
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
