In less than two years we have established a large client portfolio in the mining sector, and currently work with various Tier 1 Mining Operators - amongst a list of blue-chip clients with whom we share long-term relationships.

An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to develop and advance their Bookkeeping career. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be the integral link between Accounts and Payroll to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function.

**On any day you could be**:

- Analysing, collating and checking financial reports ready to be presented to the leadership team and director
- Interpreting and advising on industry awards
- Answering queries and assisting our third-party payroll team
- Processing internal payroll of approximately 20 staff
- Assisting the admin team with timesheet queries
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Updating and advising on client terms of business

**You offer**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping role
- Advanced excel skills
- Previous experience with timesheets/rostering/scheduling
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously, be flexible and problem solve
