Following our recent success in securing the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) tender as a specialist refugee provider, SSI has exciting opportunities to join our team delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed employment services across 18 Employment Service Areas in NSW, Victoria, and Queensland, through a hub-and-spoke model that supports refugee communities in their journey towards meaningful employment, we are looking to build a talent pool of passionate, client-focused individuals for both leadership and frontline roles across Australia.

**We’re Looking for People Who**:

- Hold qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, or related fields (highly regarded)
- Are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve long-term employment outcomes
- Have strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to build trust and meaningful connections
- Bring experience in employment services or case management (desirable but not essential)
- Are comfortable working in performance-driven environments and self-motivated to achieve goals
- Are digitally confident with sound skills in Microsoft Office and navigating internal systems
- Contribute your lived experience of disability or your cultural and linguistic background to help us better represent and support the diverse communities we serve.
