We are seeking registration for qualified Mechanical Fitter and Electrician positions around Queensland (Crestmead, Malanda, Kingaroy).

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance inspections.
- Improve workforce productivity by eliminating potential delays by technical support and fault finding of mechanical issues.
- Partner with others on shift to provide solutions to production issues.
- Active participation in Continuous Improvement and ad-hoc projects.
- Develop and implement safe systems of work without supervision and provide technical guidance when required.

About you

- Australian Trade Certificate and Qualification.
- Proven experience in industrial setting, ideally in manufacturing environment.
- PLC fault finding & SCADA knowledge (preferred for automation role).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&ID’s.
