**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead daily cupping sessions.
- Conduct maintenance and internal calibration of all test equipment ass per schedule.
- Collect and analyse the data for compliance to respective requirements.
- Ensure that the GMP audit is conducted, and samples are collected for micro testing on the line that has carried out the cleaning & sanitation.
- Rectify any issue that happen with production through participation in troubleshooting, active decision making on material, product, or process.
- Ensure appropriate corrective action for identified non-conformance is completed in full and on time.
- Participate in operational review, shift handovers and planning meetings to ensure that quality requirements are met to assist delivery of business KPIs.
- Roll-out all technical policies &procedures and monitor to ensure 100% completion.
- Ensure risks are controlled to acceptable level before work commences and regular review of risk controls occur.

**Other Position Requirements include**
- Prior Coffee Industry experience (coffee sales, barista, coffee professional, hospitality background) is essential.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and high level of resilience.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to get up to speed with a range of technologies and systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- An ability to innovate and focus on continuous improvement.
