**About the Role**

The State Manager Client Service (SMCS) is responsible for leading the State Sales team to achieve maximum occupancy rates and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) targets whilst ensuring the effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functions for the State. The SMCS will support and assist the National Manager Sales Strategy in strategic projects and other requirements to meet the occupancy and RAD KPI’s.

The SMCS will report to State Operations Manager and indirect report to National Manager - Sales Strategy and will have Regional Client Service Manager and Client Service Managers for allocated residences as direct reports.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven Leadership/Management Skills with minimum two years’ experience (Desirable)
- A bachelor’s degree/qualification in a related field would be advantageous
- Previous sales experience in Aged care
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- A broad understanding of issues experienced by the elder community
- Sound organisational and computer skills
- Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards clients and families
- Must be solution focused
- Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
- Current Drivers Licence
