Reporting to the Managing Director your day-to-day duties include:

- Greeting and serving customers
- Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
- Face to Face and phone enquiries
- Supply general advice/quotations - parts interpreting
- Following up on customer requirements
- Ensuring parts ordered and delivered are accurate
- Utilising our internal computer system
- Follow all internal processes and procedures
- Maintain goods, pallet racking & shelving - including undertaking stock counts when required
- Pick/Pack when required

To be considered for the position, you will require:

- A passion for customer service
- Strong computer skills
- The ability to become knowledgeable about our product range
- A flexible approach to dealing with challenging situations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work autonomously
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to communicate verbally in either Arabic or Greek
- Automotive parts sales experience _(desirable)_
- A forklift licence _(desirable)_

**Salary**: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
