**About the role**:
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of our successful Technical & Professional team, delivering key outcomes throughout Australia and South East Asia. You will be responsible for developing and executing key strategic outcomes in line with the overarching business direction.

You will guide, mentor and develop your team whilst ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, performance to budget and maintaining a high level of safety and integrity.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

- A track record of success in an operational leadership role
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry
- Proven business development skills
- Ability to develop and foster strong relationships
- Commitment to mentoring and managing your team
- Commercial experience related to reporting, forecasting, contract management and financial accounting management.
