About the role
**Pre-training accountabilities**:
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to each training window.
- Provide quality assurance and feedback of draft training materials to ensure the design is suitable for the target audience.
- Attend the ‘train-the-trainer' event to learn the CMS system functionality, delivery of training courses, specific skills in facilitator-led training delivery, and fundamentals associated with the simulated training environment.
- Play an expert and specialist role in supporting the Local Implementation Representative network in delivering key messaging, up-skilling local resources, and facilitating change support activities at Court sites.
- Provide expert support and guidance in the design and production of ancillary training communications materials, to ensure messaging is appropriate and relatable, such as ‘frequently asked questions' and ‘key talking points'.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with a wide variety of staff, including senior leaders across the Courts and CMS Project team.
- Work with internal teams to design and develop training materials/Quick Reference Guides, videos and SOP's.
- Creating and Validating workflow images and annotated screen captures within training material.
- Keeping track of the release schedule to ensure all required documentation is complete by the required date.
**Training accountabilities**:
- Deliver facilitator-led systems and processes training to Courts personnel as per the schedule provided by the training team.
- Manage any training administration requirements for the successful delivery of CMS
About you
- 3+ years' experience in a Technical Writing / Instructional Design role or similar.
- Proven experience writing end-user documentation in a clear and concise way.
- Demonstrable ability to collate and validate the information from multiple sources and package in a way that makes sense to a given audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stellar grammar and proofreading.
- Demonstrated experience delivering systems and processes training for large and complex implementations and projects (experience in Government IT projects will be highly desirable).
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presenting confidently in front of large groups of people.
