**About the role**

This position is responsible for providing broad ranging administrative support to the Program team. This position assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of team processes and tools, and will ensure team adherence to quality procedures.

**About You**
- High-level attention to detail
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- High level administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with tight and conflicting deadlines
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining office processes and tools
- Meet the focus capabilities for the role set out in the Position Description
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
