With a vision to be the leading suburban accounting and financial advisory firm in Melbourne our client is now seeking an experienced Administrator to seamlessly run their Ringwood office.

**The Opportunity**

This busy and varied role will see you booking appointments, liaising with clients, tax collation and assisting the accountants with ad-hoc administration tasks. As a large portion of their clients speak Chinese it is essential that you can speak Chinese to comfortably liaise with clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking appointments and meeting rooms
- Update and maintain client database
- Preparation and distribution of client correspondence
- Lodging tax returns
- Liaising with clients over the phone for tax lodgement
- Scanning and filing
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Providing reception cover as required
- Provide administrative support to Accountants

**About You**:

- **Public practice experience essential**:

- **Ability to communicate verbally and written in both English and Chinese**:

- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Outstanding customer service
- Highly organized and strong ability to multitask
