**Key Accountabilities**:

- Undertake credit decisioning with a 2nd line credit Delegated Commitment Authority.
- Ensuring the bank’s policies, risk appetite and responsible lending practices are applied appropriately.
- Continual focus on improvement and refinement of policy, process, product and appetite.
- Provide constructive suggestions for change/improvement.
- Participate in delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Assisting with proactive management of day-to-day operations.

**What you will bring**:

- Experience originating and assessing $30Mil - $50Mil transactions eg (Cashflow, leverage lending, management buyouts and syndicated transactions) will be highly regarded.
- Strong technical credit expertise including structuring of complex transactions, cash flow analysis, covenant setting, risk appetite, complex org structures, acquisition funding, management buyouts, multi-banked transactions and multiple industry experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in autonomously decisioning business lending transactions within a delegated authority.
- Extensive knowledge of business and economic issues, understanding of business operating cycles and industry knowledge and understanding.
- High level of communication skills, proven problem-solving skills, time management skills, conflict resolution, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders across multiple Performance Units.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage a solid workload.
