The **Venue Manager**reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to both lead and inspire operations at an array of venues, providing a positive and memorable guest experience. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and supportive team and watch your career soar. **A few of your responsibilities**: - Managing day-to-day operations of the venues including selection, training, coaching and development of all team members to ensure timely recruitment and career growth - Reviewing and analysing the daily operational needs; maintaining food and beverage, labour, product, and expenses on budget - Leading and motivating the team to continuously deliver guest experience in line with our service culture - Overall responsibility for financial KPOs and KPIs relating to gross revenue, costs of goods sold, employee costs and other operating costs in line with budget - Accurate forecasting of business activity and associated costs **What we are looking for**: - Extensive Management experience in a restaurant environment that includes a cocktail/beverage bar - A passion for the hospitality industry and thorough knowledge of beverages - Proactive and well-rounded leader who can empower and encourage the team to deliver a personalised and professional service to all guests - Confidence to lead a large and diverse team across a 24/7 roster - Hands-on operational approach with passion for developing your career **About you**: As an expert in management, you understand the essence of leading a team to deliver a world-class service.
