Job Description: Central Club Hotel, in North Melbourne, is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Full-Time Wait Staff/Front-of-House. As a Wait Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued patrons while maintaining our reputation for up-market pub food and an extensive Australian wine list.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on food and wine selections based on customer preferences
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a wait staff or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of up-market pub food and Australian wines is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential
- Outstanding attention to detail and multitasking abilities
