We now have an exciting opportunity to drive a new way of marketing for our global client, Hitachi. We are working with their marketing teams around the world to develop and execute demand generation and digital marketing campaigns and capabilities.
**This role can be shaped either as a full time or part time opportunity and can include working within a hybrid capacity from home and our office in Sydney, or remotely within Australia or New Zealand.**
**We are seeking a global Demand Generation Manager to drive this program forward. You will be the key contact for Hitachi’s teams in markets around the world, with a focus on South-East Asia, the Middle East and Africa.**
This role will suit someone who loves working with different cultures and is excited by the opportunity to solve complex challenges. You don’t mind working across different time zones and you like to spend time understanding the different nuances of each of the countries you will be supporting.
This role will require you to advise on digital marketing, alongside our Head of Strategy and Performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of each campaign in each country that we support.
Hitachi would be the key client you support, but you would also have the opportunity to work with one or two other Mahlab clients. You will develop these clients’ strategies and advise them on how to grow and evolve their approach to marketing and digital communications.
**In this role you will need to**:
- Establish and drive demand generation campaigns across multiple geographies.
- Create strong relationships that build business, based on trust and strategic guidance. You know what fabulous client service looks like and how to understand the world from your client’s perspective.
- Be a natural conductor. You take the driver’s seat to push our clients and internal teams in order to deliver the optimum results. Project and campaign management comes easily to you.
- Be a big picture thinker. You know how to take a client’s business objectives and turn them into a strategic plan that gets results. You’re not afraid to suggest new ways of thinking or doing to achieve those objectives, even if that means challenging clients or our internal teams.
- Be a quick study. You can pick-up complex client business issues and structures fast, and if you don’t already know about the industry, you’re keen to immerse yourself.
- Always thinking of ways to add value. How can we help our clients? How can I help them be successful? You know how to turn this into a strategic proposition for a client, and also grow our business as a result.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- 8+ years experience in digital marketing, content marketing, performance.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments.
- Ability to generate ideas around industry trends and best-practice execution.
- Have experience managing budgets, projects and client expectations.
