Demand Generation Manager – Sydney

$130k - $150k + flex for the right person

Sydney-based (hybrid working)

Our client is a fast growing SaaS business transforming how the Construction and Built environment sectors operate, and they're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help fuel their next phase of growth across Australia and the UK.

This role is a rare opportunity for someone with a few years of solid B2B marketing experience who's ready to step up and own demand generation. If you've been hands-on across campaign delivery, paid media, and ABM, but haven't yet been trusted to lead this could be your shot.

You'll be responsible for building qualified pipeline. Full stop. That means leading integrated campaigns, managing LinkedIn and Google Ads, running targeted ABM plays, and partnering closely with Sales, Product, Content, and CS teams to drive real outcomes.

The sweet spot is someone with 3–5 years' experience who's smart, curious, and ready to step into more responsibility. You'll get a high level of ownership and the chance to make a measurable impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns to drive MQLs and SQLs
  • Manage and optimise paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, remarketing, etc.)
  • Build nurture flows and ABM programs that convert
  • Work closely with Sales on outbound sequences and funnel optimisation
  • Partner with the Content team to deliver landing pages, ads, and messaging
  • Track performance, analyse what's working, and improve outcomes

What we're looking for:

  • 3 - 5 years in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS, tech, or construction tech)
  • Experience with campaign delivery, paid media, and HubSpot
  • Hands on with GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward action
  • Based in Sydney , this is 4 days a week in the office
