Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Solution Designer to create and deliver improved solutions and integration across their People and Culture systems.
Your new role will see you working closely with the Domain Architect to deliver solution design for the businesses expanding P&C space. Your primary role will be to understand the overall solution architecture and develop and own end-to-end solution design deliverables required by projects and streams within a program. You will also provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the initiative lifecycle, working closely with engineers, designers, business analysts and product owners to ensure a robust design and solution that meets the business and architectural requirements. Your detailed designs will cover a range of products and be for both on prem and cloud environments.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience delivering solution design within an enterprise organisation
- Prior exposure to HR/ People and Culture related systems is advantageous
- Experience in integration across complex environments, on-prem and cloud (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), batch and real-time API-based.
- Experience in eCommerce and Multi/Omni-Channel architectures
- Experience delivering in mature Agile environments is advantageous
Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with work from home flexibility on offer.
