**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate strategic explorations, research, and workshop outcomes into strategic PPC and Digital marketing plans for our clients.
- Ensure effective implementation of digital marketing -campaigns for each client in your portfolio with objective to drive growth for their business driving MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities.
- Setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Google search and display and paid social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram and potentially YouTube and TikTok.
- Analysing campaign performance to identify areas of opportunity to improve ad performance then executing a range of conversion rate optimisation tactics such as A/B, split-testing, new ad copy and creative to improve performance.
- Completing a performance analysis and reports and communicating this to internal stakeholders
- Actively collaborate with the Delivery Lead and team to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
- Develop and manage the digital marketing ad spend/budgets for your client portfolio with a major focus on ROAS accountability
- Communicating with existing and new clients in your portfolio to develop and manage the relationship, build their marketing effectiveness, coordinating with departments to create and implement marketing campaigns, and resolving any issues that arise
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management and clients.
- Any additional tasks and project assigned to you by the CEO or management team

**Essential**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Coordinator/Manager, Digital Marketing Officer, or equivalent role
- 3+ years’ experience proficient in paid search
- Digital Agency experience preferred, or ability to showcase experience across a variety of industries, portfolios or brands
- 1+ years experience with excellent coding and digital development knowledge of: HTML5, CSS3, JS, MySQL, WordPress and other CMSs and GIT workflows
- Experience building and managing websites on WordPress -Bonus points for Shopify experience
- Experience with Zapier and/or other marketing automation tools

**Desirable**:

- Digital Agency experience preferred, or ability to showcase experience across a variety of industries, portfolios or brands
