**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering full-stack campaigns that meet key performance metrics driving MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities
- Develop and manage digital advertising, including but not limited to SEM, Paid Search, Display and Paid social media, PPC, retargeting, etc for ongoing activity and campaigns
- Manage website and digital campaign optimisation led by in-depth analysis and reporting, including conversion rates and ROI
- Developing websites using WordPress (Elementor), Shopify, WIX or Squarespace
- Manage and provide support for multiple websites including future developments, digital enhancements, content planning, editing and general updates
- Scoping the architecture for web and app projects
- Build and design complex and customised automation solution for customers specific needs using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat) and IFTTT
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Manage and work with third-party partners to deliver projects and assets
- Any additional tasks and project assigned to you by the CEO or management team

**Essential**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Officer, or equivalent role
- 1+ years’ experience with excellent coding and digital development knowledge of: HTML5, CSS3, JS, MySQL, WordPress and other CMSs and GIT workflows
- Experience building and managing websites on WordPress and Shopify
- Experience with Zapier and other marketing automation tools
- A proactive and driven problem solver that takes responsibility for the successful and commercial outcome of projects
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Well organised - able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- An enthusiastic, proactive team player
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong listening and presentation skills
- Positive attitude is a must

**Desirable**:

- Digital Agency experience preferred, or ability to showcase experience across a variety of industries, portfolios or brands
