Calling all Telstra Provisioning Guru's

EvotecPlus is a Small Communications and IT company, we are looking for good people to support the existing business and future growth with a range of innovative Telecommunications and IT products and services from leading vendors.

This role is based in the Rosebery Office and offers you:

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and flexible person to join our team.

We need flexibility as this role requires you to learn every area of our Service Department, including project management, administration and provisioning. As a Telstra Specialist we require Telstra program experience.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Telstra orders & processing & provisioning
- Carriage procurement, Data, IP and SIP
- Oversee and Manage Carriage Projects
- Order entry and order management
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Scheduling Technician Team Calendars
- Appointment setting Technical Team Site Visits

We need a flexible team player with a range of skills, including:

- Strong organisational ability
- Solid MS Office computer skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Accurate data entry
- Engaging telephone manner.
- Team-and-Customer-focused attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication are essential

What we are looking for:

- Experience within the telecommunication industry
- Telstra Mobile provisioning experience or Telstra retail experience _**is required**_
- Full training will be provided but interest and/or experience in Telecommunications, IT, and Project Management will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Telstra, Optus AAPT, Vocus, Engin, Vodafone, TPG or any carrier experience will be an advantage.

Those without Carrier experience will not be considered.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
