**Position Overview**:
As a Solar PV Rooftop Service Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the solar PV rooftop installation, maintenance, and service operations. You will lead a team of technicians and service personnel to ensure the smooth functioning and optimal performance of rooftop solar PV systems. This role involves technical expertise, leadership, customer service, and effective communication to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure the long-term performance and reliability of solar PV systems.
- Lead the troubleshooting and diagnostics of system issues, identifying and resolving technical problems promptly.
- Customer Support:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests related to solar PV systems.
- Ensure timely and effective response to customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure installations and service meet industry standards and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of work performed by the installation and service teams.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor the performance of installed rooftop solar PV systems, analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Generate reports on system performance, service activities, and operational metrics for management and customers.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay updated with relevant regulations and standards pertaining to solar PV installations and ensure compliance with local and national requirements.
- Supplier and Vendor Management:

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for installations and repairs.
- Health and Safety:

- Prioritize the safety of employees, customers, and the public by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Electrical licence
- Experience in solar PV rooftop installations, maintenance, or a related technical field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of solar PV technology, components, and systems
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
