**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned administrator ready to step into a high-performing, fast-growing team. Recently restructured into a hybrid work model, the Onboarding and Credentialing team is entering a new phase of growth. As our newest team member, you’ll help shape and expand this well-regarded and celebrated function within the organisation.

With a consultative and solutions-focused approach, you’ll ensure operational excellence that aligns with the broader goals of our recruitment business.

Reporting to the Onboarding and Credentialing Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

- Delegating tasks to offshore onboarding and credentialing consultants, while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of their output.
- Coordinating with external providers to complete necessary compliance checks and meet regulatory requirements.
- Managing and coordinating contractor logistics, including booking travel arrangements such as flights, car hire, and accommodation for locum assignments.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system and ensuring data integrity.
- Responding to requests promptly and efficiently to meet service expectations.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Assisting with regular reporting to track progress against operational goals.

**Remuneration**:
This position offers a salary of up to $75,000 excluding superannuation depending on experience.
