Eligibility: You must have Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship at the time of applying

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate complex business logic, payment workflows, and API integration requirements into intuitive and functional UI/UX designs.
- Build, maintain and scale pixel-perfect design systems of current and future Coposit products.
- Rapidly create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that reflect complex user journeys with accurate numerical data while considering system architecture, security protocols, and data flows between user interfaces and back-end services.
- Facilitate collaborative ideation workshops with cross-function teams
- Provide ongoing UX improvements based on user feedback and usability testing.

Minimum qualifications & experience:

- Between 1-2 years of UX design experience (as in-house capacity) in the property and fintech space.
- Demonstratable experience of designing property payment products.
- Portfolio showcasing the design of live products from scratch, that have gained 100,000+ users.
- Proven experience of rapidly developing and delivering fully functional websites using Framer and Webflow.
- Sound knowledge of property transaction journeys, property market regulations and financial standards in Australia.
- Experience in conducting remote and in-person UX research and usability testing.
- A degree in Product Design.

Crucial experience:

- Ability to demonstrate effective communication when collaborating at work with highly diverse, international and multilingual team members.
- Knowledge and understanding of significant success case studies of overseas products.
- A track record of achieving personal financial goals through investments, savings and property ownership.
- Previously worked as a UX Designer full-time and on-site.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
