As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting engaging digital experiences across various platforms and devices. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in driving our brand forward through digital innovation and impactful advertising.

About the Role

As a key member of our Creative Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering commercially designed experiences that captivate audiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting exceptional digital content for customer and team member audiences on varied platforms and devices.
  • Delivering high-quality experiences across different devices and platforms.
  • Providing support to improve both customer experience and content that resonate with audiences.
About You and Your Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a busy studio, agency or in-house environment with high volume digital channels.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Adobe CS suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Animate.
  • Experience with Figma and HTML5 for digital display banners.
  • Ability to incorporate UX/UI requirements onto coded HTML-responsive emails, including utilizing GIFs and other animation.
  • Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within large teams managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
