**About the role**:
Reporting to the Senior Loyalty & Personalization Manager, we’re looking for a customer focused, data driven Digital Performance Manager to join our Support Office in Richmond.

If you’re looking for your next challenge and have experience in leading, implementing and executing digital performance strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention we would love to hear from you.

Our Digital Performance Manager will play an integral role in bringing the Grill’d brand to life by developing industry-leading digital marketing strategies to maximize channel performance and eCommerce ROI. You will lead and support revenue growth plans across online ordering channels and support members of both the Digital and Social team.

- You’ll be responsible for campaign management and actively manage paid media across search, social, affiliates, display, programmatic, retargeting networks in line with Marketing & Digital calendar.
- You will be a Channel Performance Leader, leading our omnichannel framework, campaigns, budget and ongoing optimisations, continuously striving for opportunities to improve.
- Manage eCommerce KPIs tracking and growth via full-funnel performance reporting.
- Manage execution of all performance marketing campaigns, including 3rd party agencies on ad creative, performance improvements and budget allocations.
- Responsible for reporting and insights, creating dashboards allowing key stakeholders to have visibility of key performance metrics.
- Manage eCommerce KPIs tracking and growth via full-funnel performance reporting.
- Run testing regularly to ensure full data accuracy and identify issues/gaps.
- Build, plan and implement traffic acquisition strategies for organic and paid channels.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field including Marketing, Business, E-Commerce.
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar environment, owning and leading a program within digital performance.
- Experience managing large omnichannel budgets.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, a data-driven mindset, aligned with an ability to also think outside of the box.
- Self-starter with experience working in high pressure environments with multiple stakeholders to achieve positive results.
- Experience working with other social platforms including Bing Ads, Facebook ads or other relevant platforms that will help drive performance.
- Sound understanding of SEO landscape and best optimisation practices.
- Intermediate SQL skills for scripting, data connection and retrieval are highly desirable, but not essential.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Ad Studio, is highly regarded.
