Due to expansion in our organisation, we are seeking to employ a Corporate Services Manager reporting directly to the CEO.

In this role you will be running the Head Office operational functions for the organisation. This includes;
- Strategic planning
- Operational support, research and advice to senior management
- Financial planning, technology and information services
- Facility management in our Bathurst, Sydney and Port Macquarie locations
- Analysing complex resource management issues and initiatives
- Representing the organisation in negotiations, seminars and forums
- Promoting existing and new programmes and policies
- Quality assurance and compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards.
- Providing information and support for the preparations of budgets and financial reports.

As a member of our organisation, you will be working in a fun and progressive environment. We are looking for a disciplined manager with strong technology and quality management background.

**Key Qualities and Skills required for this role includes**:

- ISO9001-2015 recognised course completion and experience
- Demonstrated experience and successful completion of NDIS quality audits
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Advanced experience with Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Power Platform and Teams
- Solid understanding of NDIS with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Excellent written & oral English.
- Must have a full Australian driver's license
- Must be flexible to work in Sydney, Bathurst and Port Macquarie sites

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree

**Salary**:
Attractive salary will be offered in accordance with your skills and experience. Ability to work towards pay increases and bonuses. We also offer salary packaging benefits.
