**About The Role**

We are thrilled to offer the role of Sales Manager to our Facility Management Division to continue our growth in Facilities management across several industries

Reporting to the CEO, we are seeking an exceptionally trained and knowledgeable Sales Manager, who is hands-on and strives for results. We are seeking to continue the long standing, successful partnerships with our current clients and as well as introducing new clients to the Newserv brand

We are passionate about supporting our clients to care for our vulnerable, aging population in Aged Care, also providing a safe and hygienic work place in commercial offices and shopping centers through delivery of a number of services to the highest standards

**Key Responsibilities**
- Previous experience in a similar role with Facilities management
- Coordinate business development activity across a range of industries to deliver sustainable growth
- Take ownership of the business development function
- Build, maintain & manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals
- Achieve & exceed KPI targets
- Must be willing to travel interstate and regional

**About You**

We're looking for a person who can add value to the Newserv team, someone who is high energy, committed and has a great work ethic We want you to succeed whilst ensuring client satisfaction to the highest level
- Advanced sales, business development or senior account management experience in Facilities Management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Customer focus and attention
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

**What’s on Offer?**
- Competitive remuneration package

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Five Dock, NSW 2046 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Five Dock, NSW 2046: Relocate before starting work (required)
