**How will I help?**

You will be working with the Senior Manager, Model Monitoring within Line1 credit risk scorecard monitoring function to measure performance and highlight any potential issues and areas for improvement to scorecard owners and developers.
- Generate model monitoring results for CBB scorecards
- Manage and execute monitoring improvements including creating new monitoring processes for newly created and implemented models
- Provide insightful analysis to model owners and developers for decision making, including identified data rectification and opportunities for model enhancement
- Manage and enhance existing model monitoring framework with visualisation tools (e.g. SAS, Tableau)
- Manage and recommend remedial actions with LOB model owners required to address model performance
- Manage, participate and contribute to credit risk projects to transform Westpac’s modelling environment

**What do I need?**
- 5+ years of experience working in banking and a complex organisation
- Statistical modelling data and monitoring requirements
- SAS programming, SQL, Excel and Tableau skills
- IT principles and system development lifecycle and data management.
- Communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders
