About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager is a full-time multi-tasking role supporting the development and execution of brand plans for our FMCG and food service products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of the Marketing Plan, including establishing objectives / strategies, timings, and budget in line with business direction.
- Website management (visual content, recipe updates & product launches) across multiple sites.
- Develop and execute monthly eDM’s for both internal and external audiences across multiple brands
- Work with our external agencies to execute various marketing activities across print, digital and POS.
- Design & implementation of digital brand & campaign assets including presenters.
- Own social media engagement, including monitoring and responding to our online community and customer requests (community management).
- Conduct analysis to monitor and report on marketing activity ROI and make recommendations regarding marketing mix to manager.
- Coordination with creative agency on product packaging development.
- Design & Implementation of electronic and/or physical portfolio/brand presenters and collateral.
- Management of B2B tradeshows and collateral.
- Monthly development of seasonal product information report (growth drives).
- Develop company & branded merchandise as needed.
- Monthly budget management & reconciliation, including invoice coding as necessary.
- Build branded eDM’s & collateral for relevant stakeholders as necessary.

About you
- We’re looking for an experienced brand marketing specialist within FMCG, QSR and Industrial food industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Advanced Excel skills, & outlook.
- Knowledge of adobe programs including illustrator or Canva.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with product development, market research, and campaign management is highly desirable.
- Experience managing social media, content creation and events.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in using data to drive decisions and measure brand performance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills track record of contributing innovative ideas to brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment with emphasis on adaptability.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
