We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented **Sales, Customer Service & Admin Officer** to join our team in Queanbeyan. This part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to customer service, sales support, and administrative tasks, all while being part of a purpose-driven business making a real impact.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process sales orders and coordinate freight logistics.
- Distribute documentation for incoming and outgoing orders, shipments, and products.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales and warehouse teams.
- Support the bookkeeper with routine bookkeeping tasks.
- If time permits, seek out and reach out to potential new customers to grow our customer base.
- Occasionally assist the warehouse by packing customer orders (up to 20kg).
- This is an in-office role (no remote work), and applicants must reside in the Queanbeyan/Canberra area.

**Skills and experience required**:

- At least one year of experience in customer service, office administration, or sales administration, or a qualification in business administration. (Ideal for someone with admin, retail or hospitality experience)
- Excellent and confident communication skills, with clear spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A problem-solving mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is an advantage but not essential.

**What we offer**:

- A part-time position (approximately 24 hours per week) with flexible hours across 5 days (minimum 4 days, with **Monday** being required due to weekly team meetings).
- Flexibility to accommodate personal schedules or schooling needs.

- $28 to $30 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

We supply bulk coconut products to food manufacturers and produce coconut-related products under our retail brand, _Niulife_, which are packed in our Queanbeyan facility.
