We are looking for Employment service superstars to join a fantastic organisation dedicated to helping people in their job search. This is a permanent role located in Maroubra.

**What you will be doing**:

- Proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment
- Achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. You will tailor your services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment
- Conduct regular appointments with job seeker
- Help with resume servicing
- Greeting people coming into the office and setting them up in the system
- Case management

**Do you have what it takes to become Employment Consultant?**
- Proven employment services experience
- Proven experience working with vulnerable people (Age care, disability services, children etc)
- You will have solid customer service and administrative skills and have ability to build successful relationships.
- You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment
- Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.

- _Paid WWCC (or willingness to obtain one)_
- _Police check_
