**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy customer service oriented individual to join us as a Junior Video Conferencing Coordinator.
As Video Conference Coordinator, you will play an integral part in supporting the VC Centre operations across Australia and Asia.
Key focus areas include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate, schedule, manage rooms and resources including internal and external connectivity.
- Operate computer-based booking systems to confirm all requirements for supported video connectivity bookings.
- Respond to all enquiries and support requests promptly and professionally.
- Record and communicate AV/VC equipment faults and maintenance requests.
- Participate in delivery of training, virtually and in person of VC hardware and software.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent composure under pressure.
- A proven ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills: both written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of audio visual, webinar and video conferencing technology an advantage.
- First level IT Help Desk, Audio Visual/Video Conferencing industry or similar experience
- Strong PC/software skills including comprehensive knowledge of; Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
