You are a true customer advocate who takes pride in the service and product you deliver and can influence and communicate effectively on all levels. Within a largely
operational role you still lead, support, coach and mentor co-workers in your team so they can grow professionally and continue to meet our customers with empathy and care. You possess competency in computer skills including all Microsoft Office products. Experience in a fasted paced hospitality environment and working with HACCP standards will be highly regarded. Full time availability is required for this role, including late nights as well as weekends.
**Responsibilities**:
As IKEA Food Team Leader your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Ensure all co-workers have the necessary support, coaching and mentoring so they can exceed the needs of IKEA customers
and develop professionally.
- Ensuring daily operational routines and actions in IKEA Food Quality and Food Safety Policies and routines are implemented
and ensuring compliance training is kept up to date throughout the team.
- Understanding the overview of the store business plan and IKEA Food action plans to contribute to the action plan and help
implement this within the team.
- Ensuring the food areas are efficiently maintained as well as clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive
customer experience.

This opportunity is permanent full time, 76 hour per/fortnight.
