- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster

with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekendshifts (both Saturday and Sunday). **About this work area** As an IKEA Food Team Leader, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead, develop and coach your team of co-workers to ensure they are given the necessary support,

training and mentoring so they can provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Supporting with the recruitment and onboarding new team members to set them up for success
- Maintaining IKEA Quality and Food Safety Standards, producing and dating food according to

specifications complying with HACCP standards and ensuring compliance training is kept up todate throughout the team as well as ensuring daily operational routines and actions areimplemented.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Supporting with the rostering of co-workers to make sure that the department is adequately

covered at all times
- Ensure that the Food Commercial areas such as the Restaurant and the Swedish Food Market are

efficiently maintained as well as clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positivecustomer experience
- Actively sell our IKEA Food products that customers love and find creative ways to merchandise

and drive sales.As an IKEA Food Team Leader you are:

- An inspirational leader who, through your passion and love for food can drive your team to deliver

exceptional customer experiences.
- Someone with previous leadership experience in a FMCG environment, or in commercial

hospitality
- Able to confidently work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve on the go
- Wanting to develop further within the business, as this role will be a part of the succession plan

for other management roles
- Experienced working closely with the co-workers and championing a customer-centric approach,

ensuring that customers leave satisfied.
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to consistently deliver operational
