**Part-Time Casual Receptionist & Physio Aide**

**About the Role**:
This dual role combines receptionist responsibilities with physio aide duties, offering variety and the chance to work closely with both the administrative and clinical sides of our clinic. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reception Tasks:_
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle intake forms.
- Process payments, invoicing, receipts, and reconciliation.
- Administer insurance, CTP, and workers' compensation claims.
- Physio Aide Duties:_
- Provide support for clinical programmes, including working with a diverse range of patients (e.g. chronic pain management, and sports recovery).
- Help with exercise programs under supervision of the physiotherapist.
- Build positive relationships with patients and clinicians to support a unified team approach.
- Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and getting patients ready.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Confidence to work independently while supporting a small team.
- Quick learner who can follow processes and procedures effectively.
- Proficient computer skills.
- A passion for health and wellness.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus.
