**The Company**
Our client is a boutique Accounting practice located in Ringwood**. **They are looking for a bright Administrator to join their friendly team and be the face of the business. Chinese speaking capabilities are highly advantageous for this role.

**Your duties may include**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
- Preparing letters and other documentation for clients
- Collating tax returns and lodgements of income tax returns through the ATO portal
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
- Stationary and consumable ordering
- Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners

**About You**
- **1 year + experience working in a public practice firm is essential**:

- **Chinese speaking capabilities is highly advantageous**:

- Confident in software such as XERO
- Highly organised
- Quicker learner
