**My Gateway** is looking for a dynamic 2nd, 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice for our client, Delta Elcom.

Based in Castle Hill, Delta Elcom are a dynamic, national electrical business with a specific capability in mission critical and live integration projects.

As part of this apprenticeship you will complete a nationally recognised trade** Certificate III in Electro-technology electrician.**

**Some of the duties involved are**:
Running conduit, installing and pulling cables, completing cable trays, installing lighting, installing exit and emergency lighting/signs, installing switches and switchboards, building switchboards, completing metering alterations, installing standby power/generators, installing temporary power, rough ins, fit outs, installing uninterruptable power supplies, LV. MV & HV installations, lighting control systems, terminating power, isolating power, maintenance and servicing. As an apprentice there will be some labouring, clean up, assisting tradespeople, collecting on site deliveries, deliveries and general ad hoc tasks relating to the site and the work being carried out.
- Have a current drivers licence and white card
- Have reliable transport to travel to site
- Like early starts
- Have a good aptitude for Math
- Have some experience using hand and power tools
- Be able to work overtime when required
- Be open to feedback from their supervising tradesperson
