**My Gateway** have multiple opportunities for 3rd year electrical apprentice with work all over Sydney.

Our client** National Cable Installations (NCI)** is an Australian owned and operated company established in 1998, specialising in cable installation. NCI was the first company to solely concentrate on cable installation alone and has been the market leader for over 22 years. During this time NCI have completed many projects large and small across many different market sections including mining, rail, infrastructure, construction, oil and gas.

As part of this apprenticeship you will complete a nationally recognised trade** Certificate III in Electro-technology electrician.**

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Heavy cable installation
- Pulling cable into place in construction and industrial projects e.g. hospitals, data centres, apartment buildings, road tunnels (Northconnex etc).
- Use of power and hand tools to install cable trays and other electrical tasks.
- Working on large construction sites
- Other work tasks include terminations
- End terminations of all bracketing
- Installation of cable trays
- Building cable trays, ladders, baskets and all associated bracketing and seismic restraints.
- Installing of busduct, both horizontal and vertical including all bracketing.
- Installation of main switchboards and distribution boards.
