We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide confidential and efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Head of College Foundation and Stakeholder Relationships.

This position will support College Board operations and requires a high level of attention to detail and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organisational structure. Prior experience in a senior administrative position is essential.

This is a part-time position (12 month contract with a view to permanency), working 15 hours per week across the full year, must be available to work Tuesdays with other days negotiable. Commencing January 2025 with induction scheduled for Friday 17 January 2025.
