As the Business Development Advisor, you will be working closely with Partners and Executives to implement business development strategies that encourage business growth.

**About the Role**

Reporting into the Marketing Manager and working closely with the broader national marketing team you will be responsible to support the business through business growth with implementation of marketing projects, initiatives and management of marketing and events activities.

Key duties:

- Stakeholder management
- Working with partners to enhance existing accounts and opportunities for growth
- Research potential clients
- Key account planning
- Assist in the development of potential clients
- Compliance and document management - Tenders and Proposals
- Support companywide LinkedIn activities
- Working closely with the Marketing team in conjunction with projects and events
- Provide support and guidance to Sydney Partner and Principal group on all Business Development related activities and initiatives.
- Work with the marketing team to review and update marketing and promotional materials

**About You**
- Relevant experience within the professional services sector
- Relevant qualifications - Business or Marketing
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong marketing/ business development knowledge and practices
- Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with marketing automation software, LinkedIn & CRM
