Shipwright / Body Repairer -

What is the job?

JSW Powersports is looking to add another staff member to its ever-growing successful business. The opportunity on offer is for a Shipwright/Body Worker to join the Paint and Panel operation at the mothership.

The role is reporting to the Paint Shop Manager, who will be heavily involved in training and onboarding.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Structural and cosmetic fiberglass and gelcoat repairs.
• Assisting paint shop manager with repairs.
• Experience in grinding fibreglass
• Thorough hull fitting installation and replacements.
• Keeping a clean and tidy workplace for the paint shop manager.
• Plastic filler repair capabilities, confident in finishing repairs to a high standard.
• Ability to use paint stripper materials while maintaining a clean workplace.
• Understand time frames and work hard to deliver on deadlines.
• Must have high attention to detail and be motivated.
