**What will my key accountabilities and duties be?**
- Operational Support and Training for Franchisee’s and Corporate Teams
- Administration of Merchant payment facilities (eCommerce)
- Facilitates the management of merchant chargeback processes.
- Fraud Analytics and mitigation across the eCommerce ecosystem
- Change management of merchant facilities across the McDonald’s organisation
- Stakeholder Management and Performance reporting

**Who are my key customers or relationships?**
- Restaurant Management, Franchisees and administrative staff
- Functional Departments (Finance, Technology, Operations & Customer Service)
- Global and local Suppliers and service partners

**Your Background**

**Essential technical and behavioural skills**
- Organised and methodical approach to managing workload
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive in own self-development

**Desirable skills**
- Experience in merchant acquiring /payments /financial services
- Organised with a methodical approach to managing multiple functions and initiatives
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Finance / Accounting
- Exposure to QSR or FMCG
