**Job Description** Could you be our next Payment Analyst?**

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Payment Analyst to join our team on a 12-month secondment. As a globally recognised brand, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and our payment solutions play a vital role in achieving this goal. This role will involve facilitating daily operations and providing analysis to support our eCommerce and in-person payment services across our restaurant and corporate teams. **What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?**
- Support local and global payment solutions and services
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Coordinate outsourced resources for support and development
- Ensure compliance with IT policy standards and audit requirements
- Identify system and process changes for improvement
- Provide operational support and training for stakeholders
- Work closely with business units to ensure payment solutions are fit for purpose
- Manage product releases and go-to-market plans
- Participate in relevant business meetings
- Provide operational support and training for stakeholders

**Qualifications** Your keys to success**:

- 2-4 years of industry experience in payment and/or technology solutions support
- Knowledge of business process change management
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, and testing skills
- Advanced level experience with MS Office products
- Working understanding of project management principles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive in own self-development
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Desirable skills**:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience in merchant acquiring/payments/financial services
- Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to QSR or FMCG industries
