**About Senami**

At Senami Counselling and Psychotherapy Services, we aim to support community cohesiveness by providing supports for the most vulnerable members of our community. We demonstrate and show respect and integrity, collaborating to assist our clients to achieve their goals. We have continuously built on our experience, skills, and qualifications focusing on excellent customer service and developing a great team. We are looking for experienced and competent disability workers to join our NDIS support team on a causal basis in the Adelaide northern suburbs. Preferably you will be enthusiastic and motivated, willing to work independently or in a small team, and have experience working with people with challenging behaviours and following behaviour support plans.

You will need to deliver professional, person centred care and positive behaviour support across a variety of shifts including overnights. Daily tasks include supporting clients with school work, skills development, transport, community access, social support, recreational activities and daily cooking and cleaning tasks.

**Typical responsibilities include**:

- Assist with all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle general HR inquiries with exceptional service
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Undertake HR administrative tasks such as training enrolments and necessary follow-up.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives

**Applicants should be**:

- Flexible with availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00AM -5:00PM
- Experienced working independently
- Have an NDIS worker’s check
- Have a valid Police Check
- Have own transport
- Have qualifications HR or a related field
- Experienced working in High pace works.

**Desirable**:

- have a positive attitude
- have eye for detail, as only high quality work is acceptable
- have a good sense of humour
- have good time management skills and problem solving skills
- have good communication skills
- are available to work efficient and effectively
