I-MED Radiology Network is looking for a permanent, part-time Clinical Radiology Assistant to work at our Peninsula Private Hospital imaging facility
**Part-time role**: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 3 PM - 10 PM.

**Key Accountabilities Include**:

- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Performing and assisting with patient movements between the hospital and the radiology department within the hospital - This is the main aspect of the job
- Assisting with general clinic tasks and supporting patients in any manner directed by technical or medical staff, including phone interactions to confirm appointments or assist with patient scheduling
- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation
- Maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
- Maintaining appropriate stock levels within the clinic and ensuring supplies are distributed across the clinics

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in patient handling (both physical and verbal) is essential
- Ability to handle patient care with compassion and empathy, ensuring the patient's privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact amiably and effectively with both the public and colleagues
- Ability to function effectively as part of a diagnostic health team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A willingness to learn
