We are currently recruiting a Client Liaison Officer to join the State Government in Wacol

**Your new company**

This state government department undertakes, supports and collaborates with a diverse suite of research programs to support sustainable and innovative agricultural, fisheries and forestry sectors in Queensland. The branch in which you will be working in has followed the discovery of fire ants in South East Queensland and has commenced the effort to eradicate them. Their Fire Ant Eradication Program is the world’s most successful fire ant eradication program, and they are committed to protecting Queenslanders from the invasive pest.

**Your new role**

As an AO3 Client Liaison Officer will involve:

- Providing quality customer service to clients
- Responding to enquiries and accurately recording details on relevant databases
- Providing operational and administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of operations
- Collate, record, monitor and edit client data using departmental systems
- Work on a rotation as both office and outdoor based officer as per the operational requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A current C class driving licence
- Ability to drive on a daily basis
- High level computer and communication skills
- Able to work outside of normal business hours when required
