Founded in 2019, Spectrum Real Estate is a professional boutique real Estate agency located in Hallam in the southeast.
- Cold calling to leads, ensuring high-end customer service and conversion rate.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to Agent Box CRM enquiries.
- Support the operation of the Agent Box CRM platform, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge/Experience of the Real Estate industry is a plus.
- Real Estate Certificate 4 looked upon favourably.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $43,000.00 - $64,579.29 per year
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
