**Product Growth Analyst**:
Work at Repeat.gg as a Product Growth Analyst to boost our popular esports platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive long-term growth of products/features through a combination of data analysis, product recommendations, and experimentation to optimize product experiences and operational capabilities.
- Use data to identify and understand trends in user behavior and product usage, influencing future strategy.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive growth, improving long-term success.
- Provide data extracts and insights as requested by product, engineering, marketing, operations, and other members of distributed teams.
- Lead experimentation from crafting tests to analyzing results and aiding with launch decisions.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience working on a product or service.
- Experience performing exploratory analysis with mínimal direction to answer ambiguous, open-ended questions.
- Experience working with and influencing multidisciplinary product teams consisting of, but not limited to, software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL & MongoDB).
- Experimentation experience to craft multivariate tests, synthesize test results, and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions.
- 3+ years of experience working in an analytical or product role.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across various technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent experience.
