**About the role**

As a **Product Analyst** at Global Payments, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technology and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver exceptional product experiences.

Working in an agile environment, you will:

- **Collaborate on feature definition and scope** with cross-functional teams;
- **Co-lead feature/design workshops** to drive alignment and creativity in solution design;
- **Drive collaboration on solution proposals** for new features to ensure business and user needs are met;
- **Write user stories & acceptance criteria** to ensure clear and actionable product development;
- Define **Definition of Done (DOD)** and **Definition of Ready (DOR)** for stories to ensure clarity and quality in execution;
- **Run team planning & refinement sessions** to help prioritise and organise upcoming work;
- Manage and prioritise the **Team Backlog**, ensuring the most impactful features are delivered;
- Document **internal and external processes**, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on requirements and deliverables;
- Provide **internal and external documentation** for new features, ensuring clarity for all teams involved;
- Continuously **monitor feature performance** to provide feedback for future iterations and enhancements.

**About you**

You are passionate about understanding customer needs and transforming data into actionable insights. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can make a significant impact on product development.

In addition, for having a **love for technology** and **curious mindset** you will also bring:

- Minimum of 5 years commercial experience as a Product or Business Analyst;
- Deep industry knowledge of payments, ideally across ecommerce, in-store, or recurring payments;
- Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and experience working with APIs;
- Experience using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) for process flows;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders;
- Qualification or experience in Information Technology or Business Information Systems;
- Experience in working on complex business processes and system changes, while bringing coherence to diverse stakeholder requirements;
- Experience leading workshops.

**Salary**

The salary range for this role is $115, 000 - $130, 000 per annum + superannuation.
