Product Analyst

The Product Analyst is primarily focused on owning the continuous improvement pipeline for the Health Insurance Comparison product, prioritise features and requests, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. The Product Analyst must be customer centric and possess technical and numerical skills to be able to detect issues and isolate opportunities, then work with others to deliver positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain the product backlog for BAU activities which drive the performance of the health insurance vertical.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
- Prioritise product features and backlog items.
- Translate business objectives into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Attend and contribute to agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Manage the product backlog and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with the testing team to define test cases and ensure product quality.
- Participate in user acceptance testing.
- Proactively monitor and analyse performance of existing journey data and conversion metrics to identify improvement opportunities and make effective recommendations for prioritisation.
- Actively engage with stakeholders and partners and work to progress initiatives from ideation through to production.
